On the 20th of September 2024 the final project meeting of Skills4Life took place in Vienna, Austria. The meeting was successful and offered discussions on the final steps to go in the Skills4Life project. The partners discussed on the serious game and the platform and agreed on dates for last translations and testings. Moreover, the participants talked about the final report to be created as well as dissemination activities. Nevertheless, the most important topic was the impact of the project and activities which will be done also after the official end of the project and how the partnership can be stable over time.
Skills4Life-Conference in Vienna opened
Today, 19-09-2024 – the conference on the results of Skills4Life started in Vienna.
The Skills4Life Serious Game is presented to a broader audience.
Fortunately, the partners were at the conference to discuss the situation of care leavers and opportunities to foster this target group.
Cognitive skills, conceptual skills and practical skills were taken into account within the design of the Skills4Life approach. With eight module topics and different levels care leavers will be trained to get acostumed with new life situations, like finding an own home/ flat or getting into the labour market.
The conference comes with fruitful discussions and a strict focus on the needs of the target group.
